VICTRON BLUE SMART

Victron Blue Smart IP67

Bluetooth Smart enabled
The Blue Smart IP67 Charger is the wireless solution to monitor voltage and current, to change settings and to update the charger when new features become available. With Bluetooth, the functionality of the IP67 charger is enhanced and is similar to that of our IP22 and IP65 chargers.

Completely encapsulated:
Waterproof, shockproof and ignition protected Water, oil or dirt will not damage the Blue Smart IP67 Charger. The casing is made of cast aluminium and the electronics are moulded in resin.

The highest efficiency ever!
Setting a new industry standard: with 92% efficiency or better, these chargers waste three to four times less heat. And once the battery is fully charged, power consumption reduces to less than a Watt, some five to ten times better than the industry standard.

The Victron Blue Smart IP67 Range for 12v & 24V Charging

MPPT – Ultra-fast Maximum Power Point Tracking

By constantly monitoring the voltage and current output of your solar (PV) panels, MPPT technology ensures that every drop of available power is rinsed out of your panels, and harvested for storage. The advantage of this is most noticeable when the sky is partially clouded, and light intensity is constantly changing.

PWM  –

Pulse-width modulation (PWM) is a modulation process or technique used in most communication systems for encoding the amplitude of a signal right into a pulse width or duration of another signal, usually a carrier signal, for transmission.

Although PWM is also used in communications, its main purpose is actually to control the power that is supplied to various types of electrical devices, most especially to inertial loads such as AC/DC motors.

Victron Energy, based in the Netherlands, has been manufacturing power conversion equipment since 1975 and become well known around the world for producing reliable off-grid battery inverter/chargers and a wide range of quality, affordable solar controllers
