CT Clamp for Solax Hybrid – This little addition is a safety feature. The CT Clamp or current clamp will monitor the total load (amps) going through the home. If the current clamp detects that the load is close to exceeding the maximum the house is able to handle, then the charge rate on the charger will be reduced. Ultimately this will prevent the house fuse from ever being blown.
