Victron Energy is a Dutch company specialized in the design and manufacture of products for battery-based energy systems.

Reinout Vader established Victor power Energy and prior to this he had previously was the founder of a different company. This company operated in a traditional manner, featuring multiple levels of management and hierarchical structures.

Even more he had seen the inefficiencies it created so when he started Victron Power Energy he decided to build a company with as few layers as possible. Take a look at the Victron Solar Panel Range

Similarly The Victron Energy Company has minimal layers of managers.“Victron wants their employees to feel that ‘you are the professional, so you should know best what you should work on.’. If you are passionate about energy solutions for mobile homes, go work on that.” Be creative, do what feels good.

Nowadays This means you know that the product you are buying is right for the job. Victron power Energy are great products you can trust

Self-consumption or grid independence
On the other hand the main objective of a self-consumption system is to optimize the utilization of solar and wind energy. A significant challenge in these systems is the mismatch between the times of power generation and actual usage. Consequently, the system often has to import energy from the grid and export excess power back to it.

Regardless In an optimized self-consumption system, excess energy is stored locally for on-demand use. This approach to energy storage is growing more appealing, particularly as feed-in tariffs decline and grid supplies become less reliable and more costly..
